115 Princess Street – Case Study

Project: Manchester Apartments, Beech Design & Build

Project Budget: £30,000

Project Timescale: 2 months

Project Location: 115 Princess Street, Manchester City Centre, M1 3NZ

Project Objectives: To supply and install new floor coverings to apartments and communal areas.

Work Completed: 

Supplied and installed Sierra LVT; Refined Oak to all apartments, communal areas, utility cupboards & basement.

Baldocer Ceramic Tiles were installed at the main entrance.

Project Outcome: Site visits were carried out regularly to ensure the project was going according to plan. Any issues were overcome on site rather than retrospectively. Adequate labour was provided for the different floor finishes.
