Five Places You May Have Spotted Our Floors... Nationwide!

Previously in our blog we showcased five places you may have spotted our floors in the Manchester area. Although we are from the heart of Stockport, we don’t just work locally and so we want to share five more of our fantastic floors but this time from all over the country.

Liverpool John Moores Uni

Head just over 40 miles west of our office and you’ll find the Liverpool John Moores University, which holds three campuses and 44 buildings. The floor we installed at the university had to match it’s modern and inspiring learning space, whilst also withstanding the footfall of its 24,000-student population.

Jaguar Land Rover, Derby

Back in December 2019, UK car dealership Inchcape opened its new and improved new Jaguar Land Rover showroom. The showroom is certainly impressive with its modern, light and spacious environment as well as its refreshingly expansive space which allows customers to explore both the Jaguar and Land Rover brands under one roof. The flooring here had to match the new environment it was in, whilst being strong enough to withstand customer footfall and the weight of many vehicles. Tessuti Store, Edinburgh

In September 2019 designer clothing store Tessuti announced they were opening a new store in Edinburgh. A luxury offshoot of JD Sports, Tessuti had a vision to become the first-choice retailer for branded premium menswear fashion in the UK. When it came to the flooring; it had to match the luxurious style of the brand whilst also staying minimalist to ensure all focus was on the designer products on the shop floor.

Mr Mulligans Golf, Newcastle

What used to be an old Co-Op building now lies a crazy, out of this world mini golf course in Newcastle. Mr Mulligans golf is all about adventure, and the flooring inside had to be no different. The Newcastle venue was the first of the chain to have a new space themed course and with customers able to host events from birthday parties, to ‘grown up nights out’ and school trips, this floor had to withstand footfall, spillages whilst fitting in with the theme.

The Old House at Home Pub, Birmingham

Located in Harbone, 3 miles from the centre of Birmingham, you’ll find the Old House at Home Pub & Carvery; a traditional style pub with a family friendly atmosphere. This pub needed to keep its traditional setting and design, whilst ensuring it could withstand any spillages, stains and plenty of moving around!
