Project: Bishopgate Construction – Swan Street, Manchester

Project Budget: £16,000

Project Timescales: 2-3 weeks

Project Location: Oppidan, Swan Street, Manchester, M4 5JJ

Project Objective: To install new floor coverings as per the specification to the exact standard and requirements of the client.

Work Completed: Stainguard carpet was installed in all apartments on top of 11mm Powerwalk Gold Underlay and Desso & Ex Carpet was installed in all corridors and stairs on top of 0565 Durafit Underlay. Polyflor Fusion was also installed to the communal kitchen, dining room and stairs.

Project Outcome: Regular contact was made with the client to ensure all requirements were met. Site visits were also made to ensure our progress was well maintained at all times.
