Raised Access Flooring

Mayfield Floors are pleased to announce the addition of Raised Access Floors to the range of services offered.

Raised access flooring systems are elevated floors laid above a sub floor so that a void is left between the two, with the space intended to be used to accommodate cabling and pipework so that various services can be distributed around a site, such as CCTV, security, air conditioning, network data and so on.

Our experienced team of expert fitters has more than 40 years’ of experience in this area, able to install raised access flooring either uncovered or ready to receive floor finishes at a later date. If you’ve got a project in mind and need further help or advice, get in touch with the team today.

What types of Raised Access Floors do we cover?

Our experienced fitting team and dedicated management with over 30 years’ experience will ensure that your Raised Access Flooring is installed to the same exacting specification and quality that you have come to expect.

We can install Raised Access Flooring uncovered as a CAT A project, or in preparation to receive floor finishes to be applied later. This includes carpet tiles, LVT and vinyl or even magnetic backed components to allow a faster installation of products such as ceramics, stone or timber.

Do we offer any additional services?

From medium or heavy grade, to PSA and BSEN specifications, we also offer a multiplicity of finishes to suit your needs including factory bonded vinyl to ceramic, stone, natural wood or veneer.

To accompany the installation of your Raised Access Flooring, we also offer a full range of services including de-rock, void clean and floor box cut outs. We can facilitate site surveys and identify and recommend requirements for maintenance, repair or replacement too.
