Project Name: Warden Construction – Stopford Building, Manchester

Project Location: Stopford Building, University of Manchester, 99 Oxford Road, Manchester, M13 9PG

Project Objectives: To prepare ground floor and first floor science labs with both latex smoothing screed and 6mm plyboard. To install vinyl sheet in accordance with the design on the finishes drawing to the science labs. As well, all vinyl was to be coved 100mm up the walls and carpet tiles were to be installed to a computer room in accordance with the design given on the finishes drawing.

Work Completed: Furbo Surestep; 171642 Cloudy / 176422 Trout / 176952 Mercury was installed to both the ground and first floor science labs, including all coved skirting at 100mm.

Project Outcome: The objectives were achieved by keeping in regular contact with the client and conducting regular site visits, to make sure all work was being carried out to a good standard. Any changes made by the client were accommodated accordingly to ensure the best possible finish.
