Project Location: Richmond House, Manchester City Centre
Project Objectives: The main objective was to make good of the original sub base, which given the age of the building, was not easy. Overboarding with 9mm plyboard latex screeding and also installing Amtico vinyl tiles to all areas. We helped reduce noise in the office space by including a special sound acoustic backing.
Work Completed: SP101 plyboard, F.balls Screed, Amtico LVT tiles, Milliken carpet tiles and Gradus stair nosings.
Project Outcome: In order to minimise disruption for the existing tenants, all preparation work was carried out after 8pm of an evening, with another shift starting the installation through the days.
