Project: Cobbett House Refurbishment

Project Location: Cobbett House, Oxford Road, Manchester
Project Objectives: The main objectives for this project were to prepare sub floor using latex smoothing screed and also to install vinyl sheet, carpet tiles and ceramic tiles in accordance with the layout on the finished drawing.
Work Completed:
- Milliken carpet tiles were installed to all office and communal areas.
- Ceramic tiles were installed to w/c’s.
- Vinyl sheet was installed to the shower room and kitchen.
Project Outcome: The objectives were achieved by keeping in regular contact with the client and by keeping our works in accordance with their programme even with a late design change by the end user. Regular site visits were conducted in order to ensure that all works were carried out to a good standard without any issues.
